Do You Think the State Can Do That in Texas?

It seems to me like the state couldn't direct write a law and pass a law saying, no woman can get an abortion after six months. They could not do that. So the difference here is that they've written a law where anyone can sue anyone involved with this abortion and get ten thousand dollars from the state. That to me, i don't know. I said it's going to be complicated. There's a lot of doctrines that pertain. But i would definitely rather be on d o j's side in the litigation in texas.
