Just before the pandemic struck, there were 152 million americans working. Now it's back up to almost a hundred and forty nine million. But that means three million people who had a job before who don't have a job now. There are 11 million jobs waiting to be filled in the united states. In september alone, three % of Americans quit their job. Just before the Pandemic, the quit rate was about two point three%. The days of the teamsters union are long gone, and the wager risers haven't come through.
