Cherokee Nation's Unconstitutional Laws

Chief justice john marshall wrote the Cherokee nation is a distinct community occupying its own territory. Marshall continued that wister had been arrested while under the guardianship of trickeys guaranteeing the country in which he resided. The court ruled in favor not just a wister and butler but Cherokee independence itself. All of Georgia's laws in regards to native people were unconstitutional.
