Running Is Not CrossFit

Rainy: "My CrossFit journey is pretty good. Usually I just run" He says he did eight consecutive years of modern dance in high school. Rainy was one of three guys in the dance ensemble and we do Winter Dance Recitals. His mother is an elementary school dance and art teacher.
