The Importance of Knowing Your Individual Souls
I like to see that there's a balanced approach in caring for individual souls. But I also am not convinced that when Richard Baxter went to every home to catacize his members, that he didn't launch into the catacism first thing. You want to know your individual people and what their lives are about that maybe don't have a spiritual component. So one of I see pastors error on both sides and this is imbalanced.
