What Makes You Different?
Barrel aging is a big chore, absolutely. It's its its manual very, very inefficient. And and it leaves wine makers with significant knowledge gaps about the raging wine. So what we've done is we've developed the barrel wise barrel management optimize this process. The value to the winery is that it is much more efficient than traditional processes. We've seen over 50 % of the time saved on these tasks. And it's a much more precise way of doing things.And analyzing every single barrel, as opposed to that five to ten% gives the wine maker a lot more information t with which to make critical wine making decisions.
