The Idea of Cherubs
The cherubs are hewn from a single block of gold. They show the belief not only in god, but they exist in the existence of angels. There is forces through which divine vitality and even prophecy filters down to us. The talman tells us that during the pilgrimage, during the high holidays, during the festivals, jewish people would pull away from the curtain blocking the ark with the cherubs hugging each other.
