The science of sto humentry is centred around the idea of demand. How does one balance what's out there in the world with what body needs? Different species do it differently, but if we were to eat a lot and then excrete what you don't need, we would be in the bathroom all day long. The other way is somehow to figure out what you need and to seek out those things.
