I think for most guys who do have this issue, when you tell them, stop watching it, can they usually just listen to you and be like, okay, I want to stop? Like, what is the, I mean, obviously the easiest way to stop is just to stop. But I imagine some people just can't. Yeah, it's a bit harder for others. Depends upon how habitual it becomes. So what I actually kind of prescribed for guys is a thing called dopamine detox. Because it's all very much related.
