The Importance of Structure in Learning
Hardy: I've seen more faculty bringing in more structure, things like online reading quizzes. And so the more faculty who start doing these things too, the more likely it is that students will adopt new approaches. He says he's been writing and thinking more about this topic of motivation and cognition. Hardy: This summer, I am going to be catching up on a stack of books, just an epic number of these great books and works that are coming out.
