One of the issues that I think came up and was really well discussed is the issue of classifications. When it comes to canal stenosis, I really encourage my trainees to describe it enough so that someone can visualize it. It's like fingernails down a blackboard when you read a report that says racing car ventricles or bat shaped fourth ventricle. That's our personal little dirty secret, not something to be aired in front of clinicians and patients. And this is pet hate or a goat as we call them goats.
