Introduction
Some engineers at the University of Florida have written a paper proposing a system of peer-to-peer charging for electric vehicles. The idea, as I understand it, is that cars would wirelessly share battery charge while driving. It turns out the solution to these problems lies not in engineering at all, but in economics. Allow each driver to specify a buy price and a sell price.
