And so to me, what nations can do now is they have an alternative. Back then, if you are an agent det crisis, those nations did not have another lender of last resort to go to. They could have done malasia and said, no, i'm not going to take on debt, but they i't. Now there's an open network where it has financial products being built by bick coin. That allows em to raise debt without any kinds of terms and conditions. The volcano bond lets em use the funds as they see fit
