How Do You Tell the Story of Your Business?
I started it with the company about two and a half years ago. I walked in in December of 2019 with essentially a marketing program that was very legacy, newspaper-driven primarily. We lowered our print budget significantly while at the same time maintaining sales from that channel. And then building out digital channels such as Facebook and Instagram,. we tested Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, all the usual suspects to begin to be able to tell the story more effectively through those channels.
