The Importance of Career Change

I think one of the biggest mistakes we humans make in a lifetime is you're a jazz player, but your dad tells you to study economics. And then 17 years later, you go like, I hate this. What would be different if we were to take this to our youngsters and tell them, yeah, that's really interesting? If I had someone on LinkedIn put underneath one of my messages, what advice would you have for young people? Do you do anything with young people? It's not a space I work in, but you're so right.
