The Beach Boys to Day

The first album to come out of this new hybrid way of working, the beach boys to day, was started before bryan retired from toring. But as we heard with she knows me too well earlier, the music was still more sophisticated than on previous records. And so there are saxophones, vibrophones, french horn, corbonglay and multiple layers of 12 string guitar. The big hit song on the album actually didn't become a hit in that version.
