Biggest Challenges for Data Scientists in Machine Learning Pipelines

i can't tell you the number of times where i've seen data scientists think, oh, just this one small tweek to the future engineering, won't impact anything. It was like they change imputation from mean to mediun or something that they think is pretty harmless. And then miss a few in the process, and have all these sort of deta linments a problems which tend to be pre typical. So being able to break down these barriers between all thes, not only at the level of te process, but also at thelevel of the engineering, is still, i would say, very, very hard challenge for large companies.
