If we have any hope of getting into this regenerative paradise, it's going to start with critical self reflection and really truly looking at ourselves in the mirror daily. If you can just get yourself out of the old lower three radim, you will change the world. But you have to do it over and over every morning, and every time you go on a trip or when you make love - all of those knock you out of consciousness.
