I Don't Cold Plunge if I'm a Strength Training Workout
i try to get direct sunlight a ten minutes, like a when i wake up, and i feel much better about it. A workout is probably not a great idea if your goal is to get the adaptation from that workout,. If your goal is susto recover s, you can train more hand, go for it. I would just avoid deliberate cold exposure by cold plunge or by cold shower in the four hours after a wat training work out Or even n th four to eight hours after a cardi work out.
