I Think It's a Good Idea to Debrief

I think sometimes the brain doesn't I'm not qualified but this is just what I think it's because you feel like you need to move on. Even in some really grim things that I've been involved with for instance in my early days as a journalist covering like the the Kahoe twins murder trial and rutadawah even though they were absolutely horrific traumatic things to be involved with and covering you felt really weird after they finished  because it had been your your whole life. So if you need to debrief or talk about whatever don't feel like it's got an expiry date and sit with it and also use it in terms of creating the memories that it has provided you
