I feel like everyone is utterly confused, because there are 20 measures pleading but also doubling down on some of the lockdown measures we see across the country. One of the biggest challenges is food delivery within China and getting food from the farms into the cities. We've seen so many reports that bots filled with pornography and dating websites dominated Twitter for any hashtag about Shanghai or the protest.
