Are You Trying to Maximize Your Revenue?

A very small amount of customers can lead to portionate amount of value, ind revenue for the company. If you don't break it out and look at those cohorts,. then you can miss a lot of that when you're optimizing for the future. I bwe're going back to that example of slack yent. They were a company that did not have very many customers. And even amongst the ones that they did, most of the revenue is coming from a very small a number of heavy buyers. It's inbetabeit its kindof about as extreme as you get in terms with customor polrstation. You get it to a comfarable degree.
