The Importance of Anger in Depression and Anxiety

Every sentence in the book is something that could be dissected and interpreted. There's so much in here about anger, not that anger can't be part of depression and anxiety but I think it's such an important part of this story. As someone who is about to have a baby soon, I've done a lot of reading on postpartum mood disorders and rage is a really big part of most part of depression or anxiety.
