Where Would the Money Come From?

There's a lot of money within the tech industry. The hard thing is, i don't know that the people in this city actually want to solve these problems based on the way they've been voting. Even if you swept the next election, it's not enough. You need to win. Oh, at least you don't necessarily need to take out mayor breed cause she is a pretty reasonable person. If she had a powerful enough board who was sort of in allignment with her, i think maybe some problems could be solved.
