Coinbase's Wells Notice

Coinbase apparently got a wells notice from the SEC that they say told them that there were issues with their prime brokerage, some of the tokens they were trading. One of the products named in this wells notice is apparently their Coinbase earned product, which they're trying to say is just a staking product. But it's not several of the coins in the Wallet earned product aren't staked, but lent out on compound. For what it's worth, I want to point this out. It sounds like Brian Armstrong and Paul Greewall and team are going to be fighting it.
