Calvin rosser: How do you avoid letting your bad days impede you from being your best self at work and actually causing a lot of damage? Staff smith: I certainly had many early in my career. And i think something you said there is really mportant. You're like, they do damage. So destructive day, the way i see it is, like you said, everyone has bad days. But bad days, i think, are more transient. We're like, your experiencing the bad day, but you're not really allowing that to impact like the next day or your relationships with your co workers,. That's how people may view you that day.
Everyone has bad days. You may be tired, stressed, or dealing with a difficult time. That's human. But if you want to succeed in the workplace, a meta-skill is ensuring that these bad days don't snowball into destructive days. While you can shake off a bad day, a destructive day can have lasting damage and is totally avoidable.
