I think it would be helpful just to clarify what Rawls means by capitalism. Capitalism makes us an idea of relational freedom that Rawls talks about. Even if you care about the very basic liberal freedoms, freedom of free speech, freedom of association These are all not possible under capitalism. And he says as much.
