Strategic Nuclear Weapons and Tactical Atomic Weapons

Jake sullivan is the national security adviser. He's very smart. The most important things were not said, about the no fli and sending of jets. I don't think there'll be biological weapons. In light of what the world has gone through with coven, i doubt that any at this point would use biological weapons. We know the russians have them. But could they use tactical nuclear weapons in the battlefield to destroy a city?I don't think they're going to do it.
