How to Stay Focused in the Classroom?

As a middle school councillor, i'm trying to help parents with how to stay focus when they are in front of a device. From your experience, have you had any suggestions? Tha me has several questions like this, you man. I think it may be important for counsellors parents to talk to teachers about the need for more frequent breaks than they are givingit. For some kids, maybe their ittention span is ten minutes, and they need to get up and do something a little bit physical and then come back.
