What's the Worst Thing Brandon Did?

In the local papers, i'd seen a photo from the trial of brandon as this baby faced kid in a maroon blazer. In those same papers, his murder was described as part of a ang war. This post he'd made had apparently gotten him in trouble with a rival gang. It was a confusing picture. So i got kind of fixated on figuring out who this kid really was.
