When the temperature goes up, i get tired. My brain becomes foggy, i'm less likely to work. I just want to lay down. But higher temperatures are a disaster for me when i'm trying to be efficient. And so for my home office, i have my own personal a c units that i used to cool this place down. Two years ago, i actually upgraded to an even better model that's way more efficient and gets the room even colder. The colder i am, infact, cold enough to wear a jacket, is how cold i keep it. It keeps me functioning. It keepsme active. It keeps my brain oving. And i tend to move faster
