People need to have their humanness, ther their personhood, recognized. They've got all sorts of conflicting and multiple pressures on them. And so that idea needs to be brought forward in the minds of employers like these are human beings. Thee interesting and kind of ridiculous example of this was a story that ran in the post a few weeks back about an employer who put stickers on everybody's helmets.
