The public private national technology strategy model that we recommended and has been attempting to sort of test drive or beta test over the past year and change. So we see this model as having essentially five functions. The study function entails a horizon scanning both of technology horizons and then also of the rival ecosystem. Curation is where technologists from both the private sector but also across the innovation ecosystem curate at two different levels of analysis. Resourcing is thinking creatively about how to voluntarily pull together resources from from government to venture capital to private equity and foundations. And then, of course, implementing all of those ideas is the next bucket.
