Is There Cruelty in the World?

A colleague's elderly parents were scammed out of $10,000 by a scammer. "I can't imagine and can't bear the idea that people disrespect the elderly," she says. Many entrepreneurs are blind to their own perceptions about target market, writes Zain Verjee. The answer is not to do more marketing or push harder, but to look within so we can figure out what needs to change in our product or service for better results.

She built a global business, Story Coach, supporting corporates, entrepreneurs, and coaches with speaking mastery, leadership capability, and marketing impact. Lisa is the author of The Story Advantage and Cinderella and the Coach.

Lisa is also the Director of Mirasee’s ACES Business Acceleration Program, helping entrepreneurs to achieve outstanding results in the growth of their business. There’s nothing Lisa loves more than to spend time with her partner and their four sons, walk her dog, travel, read, and share stories.
