When your chest is really flat, it's obviously harder to feel the actual muscle contraction. As long as you're somewhat feeling it there,. Doesn't like an incline dumbbell do the top of your chest. So then it's going to give you like a shelf and you'll just look way better. But when I first did the 10,000 calorie challenge, it was about four or five years ago with my mates at school who went to the gym... We found it so hard. Once you're like six, seven thousand calories down, the last thing you think of is food. And you'll notice some good progress.
