As we begin to get more in touch with those underlying physical sensations, for many people, there is a slight difference. These subtle differences translate over into our relationship with the plants and what we see might work for us. And it's surprising what can come of this. It would have never occurred to me to look at my basal plant and think, Hmm, you're a protective ally for my healing journey.
