The One Piece You Can Never Get Rid of When You Don't Send Email Tasks to Any System
Don't send email tasks to any sort of system, whether it's omnifocus or gera. This is the one piece i would argue that you can never get rid of. You're removing the back log grooming piece up from from that. We want the customers to influence the work, but we don't want to have them just pile up a big list of things that we have to do.
