Adam Grant: Having children has been a critical part of causing me to rethink a lot of assumptions that I had. He says it's hard not to be both the high parenting and low parenting at the same time. "It feels like pulling teeth to get people to tell you what they really think," he says, but kids give him feedback even when he doesn't ask for it.
