Is There a Difference Between Saturated Fat and Monocetrated Fat?
The amount of polyinsaturated fat in wild animals is very different than what we're used to eating from even grass-fed cattle. Smaller the animal it seems like the polyins saturated fat goes up I have a hypothesis that the smaller the animal we were probably having to have to store more fat and have transit inflammation to be able to process the store more fat.
