The Importance of Transparency in Private Practice
We looked at that Medscape study where they published that average ID physicians made about $260,000 or $270,000. We ended up interviewing or serving anonymously 70 doctors in our group. Over 40 were partners, about 25 or so were employees. What we found was that our employees on average made about $310,000 through $15,000 and our partners made on average over $610,000.
