The Importance of Emotional Rest
There's a term called over functioning where we are hyperactive. We survive like especially when folks have grief or loss or trauma or even just difficult things, there's not to be trauma. And yeah, it's the same with work. Like space for grief is good. But at some point if you're grieving eight hours a day, Monday through Friday, nine to five for a couple weeks,. You have to do your job.
