Preston: Dividend investing is when you buy companies that have a high dividend yield. He says it's generally recommended to investors nearing retirement or in retirement because they need less volatility and more income for their retirement time. Preston: I personally don't think that it would really benefit a millennial investor all that much. "I would tell you, I would not go after the bigger returns in necessarily financial markets," he adds.
