The Biggest Barrier for Corporate Innovation in Startups
The number one reason I found is a matter of psychology. A few people with the right idea at the right time can use the democratization of all the innovation tools that are out there and create game changing companies. Large companies just don't understand how that's possible. In their defense, they put a massive amount of processes in place to protect the company from self inflicted wounds. It's just a rule set that a fleeting startup doesn't have to operate.
