Embracing Self With a Capital S

This week i'm dedicating some time for myself to just explore embodying. And again, when i say self, i mean self with a capital s. I want to start to come into contact with this truest version of me and what are some of the things i can do to help that part of me have a voice? And i think that that can be through movement. So i want to share with you five things that we can do this week to begin to strengthen this connection with our both our protective parts, but also with our sense of self.
