I'm going to Nepal after the earthquake. I met the head of the Red Cross there and they had a Build Back Better slogan as well. And you see, Roger, we just need to build back something for some of these people. Because anything is better than nothing. Sometimes we want to do things properly when people just want the most basic sort of needs met. Then they can start thinking about the full recovery. So basically, this is triaging a damaged community and then allowing for the more specialist care later.
