Introduction
Trevor Burris: Natural rights are things that other people can't do to you. He says they're pre-political, so even if there were no polling places, it would still be wrong for me to steal Trevor's coffee mug. In contrast, a civil right is something like the right to vote in a democracy where we have privileges contingent on political system.
