The International Court of Justice - China's Lack of Prompt Notification
Can you imagine any constellation of the current international court of justice finding that china not just violated a technical obligation to notify, but that some consequences flow from that? In particular, that china would say, have the consequence to compensate states or some other entities? Tis is just not going to happen. So i personally, i just think it's fruitless. This type of it really doesn't do muchaaa, toto, sort o threaten litigation against china before the i c j.
