You Outgrow a Coach
France: I believe the most productive people have coaches. But to your point, not every coach is created equal and you will outgrow a coach. So don't hook your star to one coach because no coach in this world can teach you everything. The top tennis players go through coaches but they're at the point where they're actually coaching themselves using the input of others. If you listen to them talk, they're the ones who are deciding what to do. It's very prescriptive in the beginning. But then as you make progress and as you become more skilled, you actually end up being the one who coaches yourself. That's how it happens.
