Strategic Research Is Impossible Without Understanding the Economics of the Business

I'm someone who passionately speaks on a probably daily basis about connecting the u x experience and improvements there to the business goals, moving the needle in both rite. And if it's not, like you said, it's very hard to get that seat at the table. It's hard to get budget head count and any visibility for the work th you're doing.
