What's in My Sponge?

We're going to share some of our stories about our first work experiences and what we learn from them that stuck with us till today. Some of the things that we had to overcome or let go of, or maybe we haven't let go of them yet. Tracy: I worked at a small, mamman pop video store in the late eighties when block buster was the king of video stores. She says she learned a work ethic there that i appreciate to this day. matt: We have good lessons that seep into that sponge and bad lessons. If we're not aware of this, we need to really ask ourselves, what's in my sponge? And should i ring
